What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package and are calculated and provided to us by the delivery companies. You can review the final shipping cost of your order during the checkout process after filling out the form. This way, you will always have the information before making a purchase.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay with either Debit / Credit Card or Paypal account. We use electronic payments to guarantee the security of the process.

How long will delivery take?

The delivery time varies depending on the destination country. We partner with one of the leading delivery services to ensure a smooth process. On average, we estimate that our products will be delivered within 10 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All payment data is exclusively handled by the payment platform. In our case, all payments are processed and supported by PayPal, including credit or debit card transactions. None of the payment data goes through our website, systems, or database. This ensures a fully independent and secure process.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once we receive an order, we verify the shipping address for accuracy. Afterward, we proceed to prepare the products and hand them over to the designated shipping company responsible for delivery. Several days later, the product will safely arrive at its intended destination.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive from our system an automated email with the summary of your order. Additionally, you will receive from the payment provider a notification with all the details and payments.
