Oily Skin

Many people suffer from oily skin due to the increase of the sebaceous glands in their bodies, in addition to that people who have oily skin suffer from blemishes and pimples that appear on the skin, especially in the area of the chin and the area around the nose because these areas are abundant secretions of body fat, leading to accumulation of dust and impurities also on the face and between pores, black heads appear on the nose due to the oily skin, accumulation of dirt and skin secretions.

The usage of lemon:

We can benefit from the natural characteristics of the lemon in treating the skin, tighten it and making it sterilized, too, through washing the face first and cleaning the skin thoroughly, then by squeezing a lemon and passing a piece of cotton soaked with a few drops of lemon juice on the face, leave the juice on the face to dry and then rinse it with warm water.

Exfoliating the skin:

We can treat the oily skin by constantly exfoliating the face. It is necessary to avoid the accumulation of dirt, fat and dead skin on the skin, causing redness and inflammation. This dirt will create bacteria on the face and on the skin in general.

Mix all of the ingredients together, then put the mixture on your face, scrub and massage it with pieces of lemon to remove the dead skin cells, which will open the pores and get rid of the dirt remaining in the skin, then it is preferred to wash the face with warm water and then apply a moisturizing cream for oily skin type, which is usually made of cucumber extract.

How to control your oily skin:

Oily skin has many benefits but it blocks the pores and leads to increased appearance of acne, and on the other hand fat in general protects the skin. People with oily skin may tend to have a thicker, less wrinkled skin. Being able to balance between the large amounts of oil and maintaining the skin naturally moisturized is the best key to protect the oily skin.

To control the oily skin, dermatologists recommend the following tips:

  • Wash the face every morning and evening.
  • Choose skin products that are labeled “oil free” and “Unproductive”
  • Use gentle foamy face wash.
